This notice covers the websites and applications published under the Luminate Apps AI name. This website

This holding page sets no cookies, uses no analytics and collects no personal data. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and fault-finding, retained for no more than 90 days.

Our applications

Luminate applications are provided to invited users only. Each application explains, at the point you join it, what data it holds and why. In general:

• What we collect — the details you give us to run your account (name, mobile number) and the information you choose to enter into the application.
• Sign-in with Google or Facebook — where an application offers this, we receive only your account identifier, name and profile picture from the provider, used solely to recognise you when you sign in. We do not post to, read from or share anything with your Google or Facebook account, and we do not use it for advertising.
• Where it lives — on servers in the United Kingdom that we manage, encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Who sees it — only you, anyone you explicitly choose to share with inside the application, and Lumen engineers where needed to support or secure the service. We never sell personal data.
• How long — for as long as your account is active. Ask us to close your account and we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email sp@lumenmsp.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date at the top.
